  3. Any advance payment, special-order electrical component or agreed installation arrangement should be reviewed against the written service terms before a cancellation or change is confirmed.
  4. If an electrician has already attended the property, begun diagnostic work or completed part of an installation, charges may apply for services performed or costs already incurred, subject to the terms agreed for the project and applicable requirements.

Non-refundable situations

Payments for completed diagnostic work, labor already performed, specially ordered electrical components or materials prepared for a specific installation may be non-refundable where permitted by the agreed service terms and applicable law.
